The primary orientation of our practice remains individual in-depth talk therapy.  When we put our thoughts and feelings into words, we become increasingly aware of what’s important to us and begin to take our thoughts, feelings, and our selves more seriously.  

As humans, it’s easy to get sidetracked, derailed or ambivalent about relationships or life goals.  Such hold-ups or detours indicate underlying issues that need tending.  When we carefully explore these issues, we begin to understand their makeup and ultimately gain access to dismantle and alleviate them. 

The process of talking in this way develops self confidence personally and interpersonally at home and work.
